Our Mission Statement

St. Andrew Evangelical Lutheran Church is a Christian congregation which exists to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ in a ministry of Word and Sacrament. It is the mission of our congregation:

  • To preach, teach, and demonstrate the Word of God so all who are called by the Holy Spirit may respond in faith;
  • To engage all who respond to God's call regardless of race and social status;
  • To establish and nurture our people in the faith through the study of God's Word and the administration of the Sacraments;
  • To develop and marshal the talents of our members for the work of God's Kingdom;
  • To build up our community by fostering fellowship and acts of charity.
