Sunday, March 4 PLUM Joint Lenten Service Christ Lutheran Church (405 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, PA 15110) will be hosting a joint PLUM Lenten Service on Sunday, March 4 at 3:00 p.m. There will be a light meal following the service.
Maundy Thursday, April 5 – Good Friday, April 6 30-Hour Famine/Youth Sleep-Over Christ Lutheran Church (405 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, PA 15110) will again sponsor the 30-hour famine/sleep-over for youth grades 5 & up. It will begin after the Maundy Thursday service and continue until the Good Friday service that the youth will lead.
Duquesne Food PantryAn ongoing ministry for Christ Lutheran is our local food pantry. Donations of nonperishable food items and cleaning supplies may be placed in the back of the church. It is also an option to make a monetary donation. Simply indicate "Duquesne Food Pantry" on your offering envelope. Louise Laughery coordinates this ministry.
